"Asim and the Days of Courage"

In one of Gaza's areas, where anxiety and destruction fills the air, there is a boy named Asim Abdel-Razek Al-Mamlouk. Asim is fourteen years old, but he carries a big heart and a responsibility far beyond his age. Since he was young, Asim learned that life is not always easy and that one must be strong even in the hardest moments.

Asim is the eldest son in his family, and his mother relies heavily on him to take care of the house and look after his younger sisters. His father had been martyred in a previous war, and since then, Asim had become the man of the house, considering himself responsible for his mother and sisters.

Despite his young age, Asim always sought to bring comfort to his family. One day, their neighbourhood was hit by a violent bombing. The sounds of explosions filled the air, and people rushed to the shelters. His mother was anxious about her children, but Asim remained calm, reassuring her and promising that they would all be fine. He tried to be the strong pillar for his mother and sisters during those dark moments.

"Don’t worry, Mom, everything will be fine. We are strong, and you always taught us that hope is what helps us endure," Asim said as he held his mother's hand, trying to give her strength.

In that moment, everyone felt reassured, and Asim knew that he had a huge responsibility and must be the hero in his family's life. Over time, as the difficult days passed, Asim and his family began rebuilding their lives. Asim helped his mother with everything and always assisted his younger sisters. He also returned to his studies with diligence, dreaming of becoming an engineer in the future to build a better life for his family and country.

Asim grew up to be a strong young man, filled with hope and determination. He became an example of strength and courage and never forgot how he was the pillar and support for his family during the toughest times.
