Among these cases, the Soul of Souls Association for Relief and Development has monitored the suffering of Hajja Umm Hatem, who is 95 years old along with her 75-year-old son and his sick wife who are taking care of Hajja Umm Hatem despite their own difficult health conditions.

In a significant humanitarian measure, the Soul of Souls Foundation for Relief and Development announced the granting of permanent monthly sponsorship to the child Muhammad Sufyan, who survived a bloody massacre that wiped out his family in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza.
