Youssef loved his father very much, and he always felt safe and comfortable in his embrace. But on October 7 their lives were turned upside down. On that day, war suddenly broke out in Gaza and shells and rockets fell on the city from every direction. Youssef was at home with his mother, while his father was in another place performing his duties.

On that morning, Youssef felt something strange in the air. Fear filled the place, and the sound of explosions shook the walls. His mother took him in her arms and ran with him to a safe place inside the house, but a powerful explosion occurred nearby. After hours of tension and fear, the sad news came: Youssef's father was martyred in the attack.

Despite the deep sadness that filled his heart, Youssef and his mother's lives gradually began to change. Youssef started to get used to life without his father, but his memory was filled with beautiful moments with him.
