The World Stands with Gaza: Ongoing Protests Demand an End to War and Lifting of the Siege

The message from health care workers across the globe was clear

To colleagues in Palestine.

We see you.

We see you working in unthinkable conditions:

-Under bombardment 
Facing torture, Burying your own children, the cruelest punishment and then going back to work

Know that in your darkest hour, you are not alone:

We heed your call and we are mobilising

We demand the immediate release of our detained health worker colleagues

We demand justice for journalists like Fadi Al Wahidi, targeted for documenting the truth.

We demand protection of civilian and healthcare infrastructure as per international law

We demand the protection of human rights, especially children.

And we demand an immediate and permanent ceasefire.

As Kamal Adwan hospital faces 43 days of siege,
As forced starvation and disease ravages the North of Gaza
As civilians lie trapped under rubble,

We call upon the world:
- let in ambulances to transport the wounded to hospitals, let in civil defence and equipment to rescue those trapped under rubble

let in food, water and humanitarian aid to stop the famine  
let in medical teams - LET US IN, FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD - with surgical supplies and medical aid so we can support our colleagues
Dear friends of Palestine - stay strong.
Liberation is on the horizon.

We will be with you to rebuild from the rubble.
